Next generation distribution substation for increasing the system resilience

Research Areas: Optimize management and resilience of electricity distribution grids and create a “smart substation ecosystem” that includes distribution system operators (DSOs), technology/solution providers, integrators, application developers, etc. Testing should be done in at least two EU Member State or Associated Countries and include at least five DSOs operating across different geographies, and at least two suppliers of technologies for smart power substations. Activities are expected to achieve TRL 7.
