Research Areas: Projects should analyze the success factors, challenges, and impacts of regenerative design in line with the ‘One Health’ approach for at least 10 existing constructed or renovated buildings. Generate renewable energy to meet the buildings’ energy demand and employ other nature-based solutions. Develop at least one innovative solution that facilitates the application of regenerative design to the built environment and demonstrate in at least three neighbourhoods in at least 3 Member States or Associated Countries. Local/Indigenous knowledge should be reflected in the construction and renovation processes. Social sciences and humanities expertise is required. Activities are expected to achieve TRL 6-8 by the end of the project.

Total Funding Available: €16M for 2 projects of €8M each
