Research Areas: Projects should develop two innovative approaches using existing technology and methods for the construction and renovation of social and affordable housing. One package of measures must be applied to a new construction and the other to a building renovation or retrofitting. Use environmentally sustainable practices; ensure that the housing is esthetically pleasing and contributes to the landscape. Social sciences and humanities expertise is required. Activities are expected to achieve Technology Readiness Level 6-8.
Total Funding Available: €16M for 2 projects of €8M each
