Program Type: Research and Innovation Action

Applicants must assemble a collaborative public-private partnership consortium reflecting the cross-sectoral nature of the Innovative Health Initiative and contribute to one or more of the following impacts: 

  • break down fragmentation between various disciplines of medicine and technology to develop technologically and socially innovative, people-centred, integrated healthcare solutions
  • foster development of safe and effective innovative health technologies with new and harmonized approaches to data generation
  • faster integration of future products, services and tools along the healthcare pathway
  • innovative manufacturing processes such as 3D printing, on-demand small-scale good manufacturing practice (GMP) synthesis, etc
  • green transition enabled across all aspects of healthcare

If applicable, consider potential regulatory impact. Projects should contribute to strengthening the competitiveness of the EU’s health industry.

Total Funding Available: $12-22.5M CAD for 5 grants.
