Give a Breath Research Award

The Give a Breath Research Award is designed to address critical gaps in the understanding and treatment of advanced lung cancer, specifically focusing on post-first-line therapy options. Funded through the incredible support of the Give a Breath 5K, Canada’s premier fundraising event for lung cancer awareness, this award reflects a commitment to advancing research that has a direct and meaningful impact on patients and their families.

In 2024, two grants of $25,000 each will be awarded. Funding will be provided to support the direct costs of a defined research program, including supplies, expenses, wages and equipment associated with the proposed work.
