Description

The Heritage Grants Program has been developed to assist Manitobans in identifying, protecting and interpreting the province’s human and natural heritage. Projects may include archaeological, historical, audio-visual, or oral history research projects as well as development of materials for classroom use or other special or imaginative heriage projects. 

Not-for-profit community organizations can apply to the Heritage Grants Program for up to 50% of the total project expenses (including donated labour, materials and equipment) and may not exceed the total cost of purchased labour, materials and equipment.

Deadlines for applications are January 31 and June 1 of each year.
