Description

Innovation Grants provide seed funding to experienced investigators with hypothesis-driven research to develop novel and promising ideas. Proposals may represent a change in research direction and/or an innovative idea that moves away from an investigator’s prior research with a strong case for the potential impact on childhood cancers. Successful applications will clearly demonstrate innovation as well as the impact the project will have for children with cancer. Applicants for this award should have a strong track record of research, with at least one published first-author paper and a current or past R01-equivalent award.

The award totals $250,000 USD in direct costs over two years.
