Research Areas: Extend the lifetime of photovoltaic (PV) energy by identifying failures encountered in recently developed high-efficiency or novel design c-silicon modules and their components, and develop simple failure detection techniques. Projects should propose mitigation strategies and conduct field testing across the range of European climates. Activities are expected to achieve TRL 4-6.
Total Funding Available: €8M for 2 projects at €4M each
