Research Description
Experimental and Applied Analysis of Behavior in humans. Thematic topics include: programming generalization; treatment integrity; stimulus control; blocking; reinforcement schedules, and behavioral momentum. Areas of special interest include; academic, self-care, and social skills in children; anxiety disorders, behavioral medicine, behavioral geriatrics, and behavior analysis of abnormal behavior.

Behavior Modification Principles; Behavior Modification Applications; Behavioral Assessment; Single Case Research Design, Introductory Psychology; Independent Research and Supervised Field Study in Behavior Modification.
Public/Media (Non-Technical) Description
My research and teaching focuses on procedures to identify and to improve problem behaviors in children and adults using behavioral assessment and treatment procedures. Areas of special interest include behavioral problems in children, in adults (including seniors) and in patients and personnel in medical settings. I am also interested in the assessment and treatment of anxiety disorders, for example, panic disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder.
